You'd think that designing a house on 25 acres with 270° views of the countryside would be easy. It gets a little more difficult when trying to incorporate an existing pool, wood fired pizza oven and persistent south-westerly winds.
The resulting courtyard design provides internal views toward the pool, an outdoor entertainment area and shelter from the elements. In addition, the design allows the family to feel that they are living 'outside,' enjoying the panoramic views
