A house on 99 acres in northern New South Wales, with views to the ocean and the mountains, the perfect site with the perfect climate.
We basically designed a house that fits into a rural setting and frames the views to the north and the east. Simple. And if we can catch a glimpse of kangaroo hopping through the forest to the west, well that’s just a bonus.
A cruciform plan divides public and private areas and at the same time creates a gallery for our client's large art collection.
